Well it happened, the thing you would never think could happen to you, at least not in your lifetime happened, our furnace stopped working. I reached out to McKinley Heating Service via their online tools and I was later contacted by one of their reps who informed us that they would fit us in. Shortly after we received a call from Andrew Green, who came by and made our worries shrink. Andrew was such a wealth of knowledge and experience and was so kind. He has now set a new standard of what all technicians, tradesman and customer service representatives will be judged against. Although our furnace was beyond fixing due to a hole in the heat exchange, Andrew reached out to his colleagues and had a salesman setup an appointment same day with us to get started on planning our next move. A few moments later Chris Brown stepped onto our door step. Chris came in looked at our situation and then went through our options to help us meet our needs at our budget while making sure we understood everything about this large purchase. Although the install appointment has been made and not yet started at the time of this review, I wanted to make sure that the help these two men provided our family does stand on its own and is appreciated. We look forward to the install and future interactions with McKinley.

Woke up to a freezing cold house. Called A1, they had someone over the same morning. Turned out I needed a new furnace/hotwater tank. Abdo and Eler arrived just over 24 hours later. They were courteous, fast and efficient. I normally do not write reviews, but these two were outstanding. I highly recommend A1 Chesney!

I booked an appointment for duct cleaning and waited three days, but then the technician called to suggest a different time and later cancelled the appointment. This was very inconvenient and a waste of my time.
