My thermostat died, on a Sunday! Evan, from McKinkey, came within in 2hours . He checked everything, explained what he was doing and why, then proceeded to install a new thermostat. Very professional, polite and had a high work ethic. Price was fair. Also, thanks to the polite lady on the phone who listened to my tale of woe and got Evan to my door. Cheers to a wonderfully run company of 65+ years.

On 3/23/26 about 3:30 pm a service expert technician name Dalibor , not sure if I have the spelling of his name correct. Anyhow he comes , change filter flush line and explain a few things to me which makes sense. Can I request a same technician for service, if this is who I would like for my service. Thanks Carlson.
